Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical
skills, and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs. As a Graphic
Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics across a variety of
digital and print media, ensuring our brand message is consistently represented. He should
have 2.5 yrs of experience. Should be available to join immediately.Key Responsibilities:
Design and Create: Develop original designs for print and digital materials including
logos, brochures, social media graphics, websites, advertisements, and packaging.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are aligned with the companys brand
guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate: Work closely with other team members, including marketing,
copywriting, and product teams, to produce designs that support business goals.
Conceptualize Ideas: Provide creative direction and design concepts for marketing
campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Prepare Files for Production: Ensure final designs are print-ready or optimized for
digital use by adhering to technical requirements.
Revisions and Feedback: Handle feedback from stakeholders and make necessary
adjustments to designs as per project requirements.
Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, software tools, and
industry best practices.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role. Skills:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
o Experience with web design and UI/UX principles.
o Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
o Understanding of print processes and preparing designs for print.
o Ability to create motion graphics and video editing (if applicable). Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, including both print
and digital projects.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to execute designs with
precision.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present
and explain design ideas to non-design stakeholders.Preferred Skills :
Experience with 3D design and animation.
Familiarity with web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or content management
systems (CMS).
Experience in photography or video production.Soft Skills:
Strong emotional balance with excellent anger management capabilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
