As a Graphic Designer at Votan Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients\' brands and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Visual Design Excellence: Create visually stunning and highly engaging graphic assets for a variety of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media ads, display ads, email marketing, and website graphics. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the established brand guidelines and maintains a consistent and coherent visual identity across all channels. Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements, ensuring that your designs effectively communicate the desired message. Concept Development: Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, offering fresh perspectives to help clients achieve their performance goals. Adaptability: Be adaptable and responsive to the rapidly changing demands of the digital marketing landscape, staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established timelines. Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of design work. Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with an emphasis on digital marketing materials. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Time management and multitasking skills to meet project deadlines. Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and strategies is a plus.
