Utilize industry-standard software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to execute design projects with precision and creativity. 5. Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and effectiveness. 6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines consistently. 8. Review final designs and artwork to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives. 9. Coordinate with external vendors and printers as needed to facilitate the production and delivery of design assets. 10. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. 4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. 5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. 7.
