We at D\'Genius Solutions are looking for a Graphics Designer who is creatively able to think out of the box and loves experimenting with new creative ideas.He/She should be mature enough to manage the task without much guidance and deliver on time. If you fit the bill, then we urge you to apply. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital assets that align with our company and client\'s brand and marketing objectives. This role requires strong creative skills, a deep understanding of current design trends, and the ability to translate marketing needs into impactful designs. • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, including display advertisements, social media graphics, email designs, and more.
• Translate branding and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and engaging.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their branding needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Review and amend designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas and designs to team brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for online platforms and meet technical requirements.
• Work closely with web designers to ensure cohesive visuals across websites and other digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and web specifications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
