We are looking for Designers and Visualizers who are itching to create work that is thoughtful, visually stunning and market moving. A digital first, contemporary designer, you want to explore all possible visual applications/forms across digital/social, motion, branding and advertising projects. What we are looking for: - A creative portfolio that showcases versatility across different design, digital, social and advertising projects. - A sense of visual aesthetics that can be described as contemporary, sophisticated, and global - Someone who has a deep understanding of design as a problem solving discipline. Strong orientation to process and design systems will be a plus. - This is a role that requires the candidate to have a digital first mindset. Must understand the fundamentals of designing for digital (UX/UI) and/or social media briefs. You will need to be keyed into global design trends and movements. - Our work covers brand identity, digital, motion, films, print, spaces, and more. So the ideal candidate is one who enjoys the sort of experimentation that leads to a play across a combination of photography, illustration, typography, motion design, films and more Skills: - Experience that cuts across B2B and B2C brands. - Strong knowledge of design sofware - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. Basic knowledge of motion software such as Figma, Adobe After Effects and/or Premier Pro. Essentials: - 1-3 years experience in a creative agency - Bachelor or Masters Degree in Design, Communication Design, Fashion Communication or Applied Arts from a top tier art school Location: This position is only open to candidates who currently live in Mumbai and are willing to travel to our office in South Mumbai for work.
