: Graphic Designer (Fresher/6 Months/1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual elements across all projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Attention to detail and creativity in producing visually appealing designs.
• Good communication skills to effectively understand and deliver on project requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing design work.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
