Olecons Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT company based in Indore, is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly banners, posters, website graphics, and other digital assets that reflect our brand's identity and values. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and web development teams to deliver high-quality designs for various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and creative banners, posters, website graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure designs align with branding and project goals.
• Create responsive, visually appealing designs optimized for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure consistency of design across various digital and print media, maintaining the brand's identity.
• Work on ad-hoc design tasks such as social media posts, email templates, and promotional materials.
• Maintain and organize design files for easy access and future use.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma , or other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including banners, posters, and web graphics.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in digital marketing or branding is a plus.
