Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Creative Execution:
• Develop and create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, product illustrations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency in designs and align with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics for digital and print media, including banners, brochures, logos, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Tool Proficiency & Innovation:
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Figma, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, continuously bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other design elements to ensure visual appeal and brand alignment.
• Project Management & Quality Control:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback, making adjustments to meet project requirements.
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets for easy access and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proven expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, and other design software.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective designs.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
