Job Summary : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to produce high-quality visual content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams to deliver engaging graphics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Design and produce layouts for marketing materials, ensuring they are visually engaging and on-brand.
• Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual appeal.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all design projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and contemporary designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred but not required).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
