Position: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand's aesthetic. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital and print materials. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, you will help to shape the visual presence of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create original graphic designs for a variety of mediums including digital ads, social media posts, website visuals, email templates, brochures, presentations, and more.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs align with overall branding and business goals.

Develop design concepts and execute them with a high degree of attention to detail.

Ensure consistent branding across all design assets.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Review and edit designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Create assets for print and digital marketing campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials.

Work with developers to ensure that designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (or similar role).

A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.

Experience in both digital and print design, including social media graphics, email templates, advertisements, and printed materials.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS.
