Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience in designing websites and mobile applications. This role involves creating visually compelling designs across various platforms to effectively communicate our brand message and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Creative Development
- Create and design visuals for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, advertisements, banners, and presentations.
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are functional and align with project goals.

2. Brand Consistency
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Develop innovative designs to enhance brand identity and presence.

3. Tools and Technology
- Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content.

4. Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Work closely with other departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.

5. Market and Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices, especially in web and app design.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, including web and app design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects for websites, apps, and other media.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and user-centered design practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
