Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) | Work from Office

Experience: 1 year - 2 year

Salary : 18k - 23k/ month

Responsibilities:


• Design engaging and visually appealing blog images, YouTube thumbnails, website graphics, and digital/print media content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (minimum).
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Corel Draw.
• Familiarity with additional design software, tools, and equipment is a plus.
• Comfort working in a Windows-based environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation skills (desired).
• Knowledge of color management, typography, and print techniques.
• Solid understanding of digital communication principles.
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
• A keen eye for design trends, including both established and emerging social media trends.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills.
