Job Description

•What Will You Do:•

? Craft visually appealing static and dynamic designs across various touchpoints: website, social media, weekly newsletters, lookbooks, and more.

? Rapidly conceptualize designs for web pages and social media creatives, including posts, stories, web banners, and reels.

? Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to create engaging facebook/google ads, iterating ad designs based on analytics.

? Creating and maintaining brand identity guidelines, ensuring that all marketing materials align with the overall brand aesthetic and messaging. Design visuals that align with current social media trends for our campaigns.

? Analyze design briefs and ascertain project requirements.

? Develop visual concepts aligned with given requisites.

? Collaborate closely with copywriters and creative directors to bring designs to final form. ? Test graphics across diverse media to ensure consistent quality.

? Incorporate feedback into design revisions.

? Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with our brand identity.

? Conduct design research, including competitor analysis, to inform design decisions and improve the effectiveness of visual content.

? Stay current with industry trends, design trends, emerging technologies and tools, and best practices in e-commerce, retail, and digital design.

? Collaborate with the content strategist and social media team to shoot relevant content in-house

•Requirements•

? Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a Graphic Designer and a video editer ? Traits: Detail-oriented, diligent, creative, proactive, self-starter, accountable, and an avid learner with a hunger to learn.

? Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

? Knowledge of design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, and After Effects (Animation)

? Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction ? Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies

? Excellent communication skills

•Key Skills:•

? A flair for creative design and motion graphics

? Excellent sense of aesthetic design and a keen eye for visual hierarchy and ? composition.

? An original and intelligent take in the e-commerce space

? Accuracy and attention to detail

? Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills ? Knowledge in different AI tools in a plus

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
