Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media
• Understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, and banners
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives
• Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Meet deadlines without compromising on quality
• Create and maintain a digital image library for easy access to visual assets
• Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in CorelDraw and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
• Excellent portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of print and digital design principles
• Experience in branding and brand identity development
• Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,102.64 - ?35,635.05 per month
