We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help us create visually compelling designs that captivate audiences and enhance our client's brands.

Responsibilities

Create and design a variety of digital and print materials such as logos, social media graphics, marketing collateral, brochures, websites, and mobile app interfaces .

Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure designs align with the client's brand guidelines and business goals.

Work closely with the project managers to understand the scope of each project and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Brainstorm new ideas and design concepts to maintain fresh and innovative creativity for marketing campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, digital marketing, and technology to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1+ years of experience working in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work across digital and print media.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in creating designs for websites and mobile apps.

Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining a strong creative voice.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design ideas and collaborate with team members.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of motion graphics, a video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, or other web development platforms.

Familiarity with brand strategy and marketing trends.

Pay: ?10,072.74 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
