Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet brand standards and objectives.
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
• Review final designs and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Work with external printers to ensure that the final print materials meet the desired quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Proficiency in photo/video editing apps (Canva/Inshot/Vimeo/Kinemaster/Capcut)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus but not compulsory.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
