Key Responsibilities:

Design and Production:

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with overall brand strategy and messaging.

Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.

Branding and Identity:

Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through innovative and impactful design solutions.

Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Tools and Technology:

Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Proven track record of designing for various media (print, digital, social media).

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
