Accountability :



o Conceptualizing And Developing Design Concepts, Graphics And Layouts o Creating Visual Designs For Print (standees, Flyers, Backdrop, Brochures, Pamphlets, Etc.) And Digital Media (social Media Ads, Static Creatives, Video Thumbnails, Emails, Corporate Presentations, Etc.) o Collaborating With Internal Stakeholders To Understand Project Requirement o Conducting In-depth Research On Provided Briefs In Order To Develop Original Design o Polishing And Editing Existing Designs To Improve Quality o Designing Brand Kits To Ensure Branding Consistency o Guiding The Agency To Document Brand Guidelines o Using Design Software To Produce Visually Appealing Designs o Creating Visual Elements Like Logos And Illustrations o Revising Designs Based On Stakeholder/ Business Feedback


Key Skills :



Proficiency In Graphic Design Software Like Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign o Strong Visual And Graphic Design Skills o Key Eye For Aesthetics o Ability To Conceptualize And Develop Visual Ideas o Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills o Knowledge Of Design Language And Elements, Colour Theory, Typography o Portfolio Demonstrating Design Ability o Ability To Work In A Fast-paced Environment And Handle Multiple Projects
