- Develop and design high-quality visual content for Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, website images, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging ad creatives that align with our brand\'s voice and aesthetic.
- Ensure all graphics and visuals are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand\'s message.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the skincare and cosmetics industry to create relevant and effective designs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure all design requirements are met.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the D2C skincare or cosmetics industry.
- Proven experience creating ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for skincare or cosmetics brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen interest in clean beauty and wellness trends.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working with sustainable and clean beauty brands.
- Familiarity with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
