• Conceptualize and design branding materials, including brochures, flyers, social media collaterals, and presentations

• Develop creative and innovative design solutions for web and print that align with DIT Solutions brand

• Create infographics, layouts, and illustrations to support marketing and business development efforts

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and provide fresh perspectives to push creative boundaries

• Collaborate with team members to understand design briefs, share ideas, and manage project timelines

• Take ownership of projects, from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes within set deadlines

• Stay updated on current design trends and advocate for the implementation of cutting-edge design techniques

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure design solutions align with expectations

RequirementsSkills and Attributes for Success

• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Exceptional design sense, including an eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to create engaging visual content for both print and digital platforms

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Ideally, Youll Also Have:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
