We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience working in the event or related industries. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various marketing and branding materials, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, banners, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative and event management teams to develop and execute design concepts for events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and effectively communicate the desired message.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials.
• Assist in developing visual content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the event management or related industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital design and web design principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
