Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Ernakulam . The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with strong proficiency in video editing, motion graphics , and an advanced skill set in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects , and other Adobe Creative Suite software. Experience in web design and user experience (UX) principles is also essential. If you're passionate about design, highly creative, and have the expertise to deliver impactful visual content, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create visually appealing and innovative designs for both digital and print media.
• Design and edit videos , motion graphics , and other multimedia content for marketing and branding purposes.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) to design and develop high-quality visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement web design projects, ensuring that they align with user experience (UX) principles to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure all design projects are completed on time, maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry standards to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Provide support in creating design concepts, mockups, prototypes, and final products for various digital platforms (websites, apps, social media, etc.).
• Review designs to ensure they are aligned with client expectations and technical requirements.
• Work with the development team to integrate designs into websites, apps, or other digital platforms.

Key Requirements :

• Male candidates preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects , and other design tools.
• Strong experience in video editing and motion graphics .
• Experience in web design and applying UX principles to create responsive, user-friendly designs.
• Excellent understanding of color theory , typography , and layout design .
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Experience in creating designs for digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
• A strong creative vision and a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends.
