Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer at our website development company, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that enhance user experience and align with our clients' brand identities. You will collaborate closely with our developers, content creators, and project managers to deliver outstanding digital solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Translate client ideas into visually appealing layouts, graphics, and other design elements.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders to refine designs and improve usability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web development.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects.
• Assist in other design tasks as needed, such as marketing materials, presentations, and social media graphics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a web development environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous work demonstrating your creativity and design skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on design.
• Animation and video editing skills are a plus.

Pay: ?9,647.23 - ?33,566.71 per month
