We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality, creative designs for marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and websites.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and vision across different media.
• Digital Design: Create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet business objectives.
• Revisions and Updates: Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as required by stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of final outputs.
• UI/UX Support: Assist with web design, user interface, and user experience tasks as needed to support the digital marketing efforts.
• Creative Input: Provide creative input and ideas for campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and creativity into the design process.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work (digital, print, and social media designs).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams and understand project requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and design.
• A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
