Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing graphics for both print and digital media. This role requires proficiency in graphic design software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate client ideas into compelling visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Designs: Develop original designs for websites, branding materials, advertisements, packaging, social media, and other digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design consistency across all materials.
• Branding and Identity Design: Maintain and enhance brand guidelines to ensure cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Design Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and ideas that meet client needs and business objectives.
• Illustration and Typography: Create custom illustrations, icons, and typography to support design concepts.
• Photo Editing and Manipulation: Use image-editing software to enhance photos and integrate them into designs.
• Meet Deadlines: Work efficiently under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality design outputs.
• Client Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate client feedback into designs, revising and refining until final approval.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Design Software: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Creative Skills: Ability to create innovative and visually appealing designs with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to both clients and team members.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address design challenges and provide creative solutions.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to designing high-quality assets.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience. Previous design experience, particularly in a professional or agency setting, is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
