Job Description

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design and be skilled in creating visually engaging content for our marketing and promotional needs. You will play a key role in shaping our visual brand identity through the development of posters, videos, flex ads, and other graphic materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Creation : Create compelling graphics, videos, and other digital assets for promotional campaigns, advertisements, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Brand Development : Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and vision.
• Content Editing : Edit photos, videos, and design elements to align with company branding and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate : Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand design requirements and meet deadlines.
• Creative Ideation : Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh and innovative design concepts.
• Marketing Support : Design posters, flyers, banners, and flex ads to promote our services and projects.
• Content Management : Manage the creation and upkeep of marketing materials, including digital and print formats.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work (including posters, videos, and digital ads).
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to adapt and align creative solutions to business goals.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and video production is a plus.
