We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Talrop. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a passion for visual storytelling. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to design engaging and visually appealing graphics that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency and maintain the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure innovation and creativity in projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1-3 years).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Qualification :

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
