Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Creation: Develop visually compelling graphics for websites, mobile apps, social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or tech-related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and demonstrating expertise in digital design.
• Creativity: Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Additional Skills: Experience with animation, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of web development and mobile app development processes.
