Job description
• Design and Production: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums including websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Content Creation: Develop and edit graphics, logos, infographics, and other visual elements.
• Review and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.
Qualification
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
