Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Creativity:
• Create eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, banners, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Develop original concepts and design layouts based on project requirements.
• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain the brand's visual identity across all designs and projects.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.
• Collaboration and Feedback:
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand creative needs.
• Revise and update designs based on team feedback and project requirements.
• Tools and Software Proficiency:
• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools to create high-quality visuals.
• Stay updated on new design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
