: We are seeking a versatile and talented Graphic Designer and Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with proficiency in software such as CorelDRAW, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. In addition to graphic design responsibilities, this role will also involve handling various clerical tasks using basic Microsoft Office software. Responsibilities: Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for both digital and print materials.
- Develop and design marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and project requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and industry best practices.
- Assist with general clerical duties, including data entry, file management, and office organization.
- Manage and respond to office communications, emails, and inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Perform basic tasks using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
