Brad Realty is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen understanding of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visuals that capture brand identity and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various media, including social media, print, email marketing, and website content. Develop high-quality real estate creatives specifically tailored for ads, ensuring they align with marketing goals and target audience expectations. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visuals that effectively communicate property features, real estate trends, and company values. Produce property brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials. Ensure consistency in designs and content across all brand platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design strategies.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on real estate or related fields.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.

Creativity:

Strong eye for aesthetics and visual composition.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and precision in design work.

Communication:

Ability to clearly present design concepts and take constructive feedback.

Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
