Brad Realty is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen understanding of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visuals that capture brand identity and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various media, including social media, print, email marketing, and website content.
• Develop high-quality real estate creatives specifically tailored for ads, ensuring they align with marketing goals and target audience expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visuals that effectively communicate property features, real estate trends, and company values.
• Produce property brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all brand platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on real estate or related fields.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in design work.
• Communication: Ability to clearly present design concepts and take constructive feedback.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
