About NeoVIK Academy:

NeoVIK Academy is India's premier coaching center specializing in IELTS, PTE, and OET preparation. We integrate advanced AI technologies to provide personalized learning experiences and ensure student success. We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a passion for advertising and marketing to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements.

Develop and maintain the visual identity of NeoVIK Academy across all marketing channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling campaigns that align with our brand strategy and goals.

Design engaging and innovative content for email marketing, website updates, and other promotional materials.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual consistency.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.

Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing new marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

Prior experience or strong interest in advertising and marketing.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to take creative direction and work independently as well as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video editing software and motion graphics.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design tasks.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
