Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer with one year of experience and a solid foundation in graphic design principles. The successful candidate will create visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print media, contributing to the company's overall visual communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and Key Responvisually appealing graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and other digital and print media.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand guidelines.

- Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.

- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas.

- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback.

- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with the brand.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Understanding of print production processes.
