Job Title: Graphic Designer

Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our DE - Design department. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print media. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
• Work closely with the printing team to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.



Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
