Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Purpose/Overview: Our in-house content team is at the forefront of creating impactful communications across various channels. We are seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Designer who can craft effective digital content that aligns with Decode Age's brand identity and serves as potent visual communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for various marketing materials such as website visuals, social media content, print collateral, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement campaigns that reflect the company's brand voice and visual identity.
• Understand and engage with social media platforms and content strategies to create impactful content.
• Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across all platforms. o Participate in the evolution and upkeep of brand guidelines

. o Create compelling digital assets for online platforms, including website graphics, social media content, and email campaigns.

• Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to integrate text and graphics. Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. o Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for alignment and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Design Principles, Typography, Colour Theory, and Layout Compositions.
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts. What We Offer:
