Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling graphics. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create designs that captivate our audience and communicate our brand message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation : Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, marketing materials, advertisements, and more.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all projects.
• Collaborate : Work with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Concept Development : Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Skills : Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Graphic Design softwares (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc).
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
