- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print mediums including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and more.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
- Maintain and update design assets and templates to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software/tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate innovative design solutions.
- Knowledge of using AI is a plus.
