Venue Selection: Research and recommend suitable event venues based on the event\'s size, theme, and location preferences. Manage venue logistics, including setup and breakdown. Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while delivering high-quality experiences. Track expenses and provide regular financial updates. Event Promotion: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop event promotion strategies, including invitations, social media campaigns, and email marketing. Registration and Ticketing: Oversee event registration processes, ticketing systems, and attendee databases, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. On-Site Management: Lead on-site event management, including coordinating vendors, managing event staff, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the event.
