Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with various departments to create visually engaging and educational materials that reflect our school's brand and values. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency in both print and digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of print and digital materials including but not limited to: posters, flyers, brochures, banners, newsletters, social media graphics, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives.
• Interpret design briefs and create designs that align with our school's visual identity and communication goals.
• Prepare final designs for printing or publishing, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into our design projects.
• Assist in maintaining and updating our school's website and social media platforms with visually compelling graphics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in educational or non-profit sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with content management systems (CMS) is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
