Job Description

Core responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective social media posts, designs, and banners for website and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Produce visually appealing designs for websites, mobile applications, and social media platforms.
• Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the design process.

Preferred Qualities

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent course/diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to understand and interpret client requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in designing content for social media.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience with web design is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to stay updated with emerging design trends and best practices.
