Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development of visually engaging designs that reflect our brand and effectively communicate our message across various platforms. You will collaborate with team members to produce high-quality graphics for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Assist in the design of promotional items, including brochures, flyers, posters, and infographics.
• Brand Development:
• Help maintain and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual communications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas that align with marketing objectives.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute design projects from concept to completion.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
• Organize and maintain design files, archives, and assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Familiarity with web design and user experience principles.
• Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics is a plus.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
