Description of the position: As a graphic design intern at Paper Rabbit Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and communicating our brand message effectively to our audience. Working within our dynamic and collaborative team, you can contribute to various projects across digital and print mediums. Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters.
• Design captivating layouts for print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Not just this, but social media campaign designs, content creation, and UX/UI designs for the website.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Develop engaging illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance our brand\'s storytelling and message delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design to maintain international standards of design excellence.
• To execute projects precisely and utilize industry-standard software tools.
• Uphold brand consistency across all marketing collateral and ensure designs reflect the company\'s values and identity.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
• Assist in creating multimedia content such as videos and animations, leveraging your design expertise to enhance visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completing a bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), CorelDRAW, Adobe XD, and Figma, and a bit of knowledge of After Effects, Premier Pro, Miro, and other relevant design software would be an added plus for selection.
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design innovation.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is advantageous.
• Willingness to adapt to feedback and commit to continuous learning and professional development.
