Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer Fresher, you will be responsible for supporting our design team in creating visually appealing and effective designs across various media. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for graphic design to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Create and revise design concepts based on feedback and project needs.
• Ensure that all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage and organize design assets and files efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity (include link to portfolio if applicable).
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
• Familiarity with animation and motion graphics (After Effects, Adobe Animate).
• Experience with print production processes.
