Graphic Designer Intern
Job Description
Graphic designers are responsible for creating visual elements that communicate a message or tell a story. You may be tasked with developing the look and feel of a company's brand, including its logo, website design, marketing materials, etc.
You must posses strong creative skills to come up with innovative ideas that effectively convey their clients' messages. They also need excellent communication skills to work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate those into effective designs.
Responsibilities
Creating visual designs for print and digital media
Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency
Using design software to produce visually appealing designs
Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations
Revising designs based on client feedback
Create videos for product demonstration and marketing
Qualifications
Strong visual and graphic design skills
Proficiency in graphic design software like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Ability to conceptualise and develop visual ideas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of colour theory and typography
Time management and multitasking ability
A portfolio that demonstrates design ability
