Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field: A bachelor's degree in graphic design provides a comprehensive foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and software proficiency.
• Graphic Design Certifications from reputable organizations such as Adobe Certified Associate (ACA), Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), or similar programs
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio which showcases the designer's creativity, technical skills, and design style.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, and others. Familiarity with relevant design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is also beneficial.
• Understanding of Design Principles: A solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout
• Knowledge of Digital Design: Familiarity with designing for digital platforms, including web design, user interfaces (UI), mobile app design, and social media graphics
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills for understanding client requirements, collaborating with team members, and effectively presenting and explaining design concepts.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, new software, and emerging design techniques. Interested in the following : Engaging in professional development activities, attending workshops or design conferences, and seeking out learning opportunities
