Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create compelling designs for digital ads, platform, social media content, event posters, emailers, presentations, wristbands, physical tickets, accreds, signages and more.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating creative flair.
- Collaboration and Conceptualization:
- Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and copy teams to grasp campaign objectives and target demographics, ensuring unified design and messaging.
- Develop original concepts and designs that resonate with sports and events aesthetics.
- Adaptation and Improvement:
- Modify designs to suit diverse requirements while maintaining consistency.
- Enhance designs based on feedback and evolving campaign needs.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within sports marketing and events.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital and physical design.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sports and events.
- HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute proactively to problem-solving.
