JOB LOCATION: AR HOMES RISE, KOLLUR

Having Worked in Residential High Rised Building / Commercial/Villa Projects in design side coordinating with Architects, Project Team and Site Experience in preparing AutoCAD drafting for construction projects, knowledge in GHMC approval , design coordination, vastu norms etc.

• Operational knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup and 3D Studio Max
• Good knowledge of construction and design principle
• Ability to prepare electrical drawing and technical diagrams
• Ability to prepare architectural documents
• Reviewed and recommended improvements to blueprints
• Analysed rough sketches and interpreted specifications to develop 2D and 3D drafts
• Coordinated with Engineers to develop engineering change notices.
• Evaluated quality, reliability and HSE of engineering drawings.
• Estimation of Standard Quantities from GFC Drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5+ year of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to agency or client work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.

.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

.Ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing designs.

.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

.A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

.Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.

.A robust portfolio showcasing previous design work for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

.Create engaging and innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, and more.

.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.

.Design visually appealing layouts and illustrations that convey clear messaging.

.Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to keep our visual content fresh and impactful.

.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Also knowledge of CorelDRAW software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,975.09 - ?40,000.00 per month
