The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:The Graphic Designer on the Inspire Talent Acquisition team in our Hyderabad Support Center will play a pivotal role in our overarching Talent Attraction strategy. This role will create visually compelling materials to communicate the employment opportunities across our brand(s) to attract top talent to our organization. This position will work on a variety of projects, including recruitment-focused digital and print media, social media campaigns, recruitment marketing materials, employer branding initiatives, and various ad hoc requests.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design Development: Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to conceptualize and create engaging visual content for employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns, job postings, career fairs, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials align with the Inspire Brands brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Digital and Print Design: Produce high-quality designs for both digital platforms (social media, websites, email newsletters) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners).
• Illustration and Infographics: Create custom illustrations, infographics, and forms to communicate complex ideas and data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner.
• Photography and Image Editing: Select and edit images to enhance visual storytelling and support employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition, and other internal stakeholders to understand the needs and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Creative Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and recruitment marketing to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a recruitment marketing or employer branding role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print materials.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:

• Strong graphic design capabilities, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and experience creating visually appealing marketing materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout committed to producing high-quality work.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
